Delete my account

Option 1 — From the app (recommended)

If you have access to the app:

1. Open Sanctus and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm the action with your password or Sign in with Apple.

Your account and all your data (reflections, saved phrases, streak, points, referral code) are deleted immediately. This action is irreversible.

Option 2 — Web form

If you cannot access the app, fill out this form and we will process the deletion manually within 7 business days.

What is deleted

• Your user profile (name, email, gender).
• All your journal reflections and Lectio responses.
• The phrases you saved from the Gospel, the Context and the saint of the day, with your notes.
• Your streak, seasonal points and medals.
• Your referral code and link to pending referrals.
• Your subscriber record in RevenueCat.
• Your credentials in Firebase Authentication.

What we do NOT delete automatically

• Active subscription: cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play to avoid future charges.
• Mandatory legal records: billing and fraud prevention (kept in accordance with tax law).
• Encrypted backup copies: deleted automatically within a maximum of 30 days.
